How The Church was meant to work together

Ignite International serves as an example how The Church was meant to work together. It is our conviction that denominational divisions are man’s invention, not God’s intention. Therefore, we have purposed to do our part to reconnect what has unfortunately become the most disjointed body humankind has ever known – that of our Lord.

To that end, we maintain our focus on the commonality of the Word, in which we are told that if one confesses with his mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believes in his heart that God raised Him from the dead, he will be saved. (Romans 10:9). THAT and the simple truth that our Creator does have a distinct, good plan for each of our lives is the hope of the world (Jeremiah 29:11).

We Believe...

The foundational beliefs that define Ignite International are:

  • We believe in the absolute inspiration and inerrancy of the Holy Scriptures.
  • We believe there is one God, revealed to us as Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
  • We believe that Jesus Christ was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, and that He alone is the way, the truth and the life. By Him only can man be reconnected to the Father.
  • We believe in His vicarious and atoning sacrifice, His bodily resurrection, ascension and future physical return to Earth as both Lord and King.
  • We believe that salvation is by grace, through faith, and it is the gift of God.
  • We believe that the Holy Spiritis active today, and the fullness of His power is available to every Christian subsequent to conversion through faith in Jesus Christ.
